Warranty Policy

for every product

There is no warranty available for DIY keyboard kit, keycaps (set/artisan), mousepad & other accessories (colled cable/mechanical switches).

Policy for pre-built Keyboard/Mouse:

• 1-year replacement warranty for all authorised products (Mouse/Keyboard).

• Dissembling the keyboard without distributor/seller’s instruction will immediately void the warranty.

• Any man-made damage, spill damage, burn damage will void the warranty.

• If warranty date expires, buyer will have to pay the repairing cost.

• During the warranty period, if the product is repaired by any 3rd party repair shop without seller/distributor’s instruction it will void the warranty.

• Buyer must provide S/N matching box, money recipt/warranty paper to claim warranty.
